Who wants to do paperwork? Apparently us. Our team will draft the Ontario Lease document with the correct details, as well as, an Additional Lease Document ensuring all your basis is covered.
Property Inspection
Before the keys are handed off to your new tenant, we will inspect the property to ensure it has been maintained leaving you with happy tenants.
